3. Skill, care and diligence - in all our dealings, personnel aim to use the highest degree of skill, take care and exercise diligence in order to provide a quality product for our client.
Our Company
Pensword Capital was founded in 1999 in the Republic of Singapore and incorporated as a private company in February 2000. It has affiliate offices in Australia and the UK.
Pensword Capital specialises in accounting, and research into infrastructure and utility companies with an overview of emerging markets especially in Asia.
Our Directors
Jonathan Chi, B.Com., FCA
Jonathan trained in the audit division of Deloitte in Sydney before moving to Greenwood Challoner in 1994. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
He has worked in financial management and research since 1996 and founded Pensword Capital in 1999.
His current and past directorships include: Jardine Fleming China Region Ltd (ASX), Lottie Stewart Hospital, Capel Finance Limited (ASX) and Hydrotech Scientific Services Pty Ltd. He was the Chairman of the ICAA Singapore Members Group from 2008 until 2012 where he received the ICAA's Meritorious Service Award.
Sandra Saw, B.Bus., M.Com.
Sandra has a Masters of Commerce from the University of NSW majoring in e-commerce. She specialises in marketing, advertising and TV production.
She was previously Art Director of a private media production company in Singapore and currently freelances in media, design and publishing.
